The Good Energy app is a simple, easy and green way to manage your energy account on the go. And it\u2019s recently had a new look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can download the app by searching ‘Good Energy’ in your app store – or by clicking the links below. <\/p>\n\n\n

How to view your usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Got a smart meter? You can now view your historic electricity and gas usage in the online account or app. This information is available to see in units and in cost, and you can see a daily, weekly or monthly view to fully understand how you are using your energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you need to do is navigate to Usage in the menu to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to submit a meter reading<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is easy to submit meter readings using your online account. Here\u2019s what you need to do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Navigate to \u2018Readings\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Press the \u2018Submit meter reading\u2019 button or text link at the top of your screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. If you have multiple meters, select the meter that you would like to submit a reading for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Input the reading into the \u2018New meter reading\u2019 field. Visit how to read your meter for guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. If your reading was taken on a previous date, select this from the \u2018Reading date\u2019 drop-down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Press the \u2018Submit reading\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Check that the reading and date are correct for the selected meter. You can edit this information by pressing the \u2018Edit reading\u2019 button, which will take you back to the previous screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Once confirmed, press the \u2018Confirm & submit\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to make a payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can use your online account to set up a new payment. Here\u2019s what you need to do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Navigate to \u2018Payments\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Press the \u2018Make one-off payment\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Input an amount in the \u2018Top-up amount\u2019 field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Enter your card details in the relevant fields and press \u2018Pay\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Once your payment is received you will see the \u2018Payment accepted\u2019 screen, displaying the amount paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. On returning to \u2018Payments\u2019 you will see this appear in your transactions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
