Competing in HYROX requires more than random workouts: it demands a structured plan that builds strength and endurance for the real demands of hybrid competition.

As an Official Digital Fitness Partner of HYROX, we present Hybrid Program HYROX GOAL, designed by Daniel Arazola (B.Sc. in Sports Science, with over 28 years of experience). This program is the result of more than 4 years of applied research in hybrid disciplines, created to improve strength and endurance while moderating interference between both to maximize performance.

The plan follows three progressive phases:

Base: build the physical engine.

HYROX specificity: intervals, thresholds, VO₂ max, and workouts that replicate the competition.

Peaking: arrive fresh, strong, and ready on race day.

🔹 Key Features:

4–6 weekly sessions of 60–120 min.

Volume and intensity adapted to training phase and race calendar.

Essential equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, ergometers, free weights, sled.

Heart rate strap recommended for accurate monitoring.
